Apples and Oranges
My mom bought me these candles; she found them in a thrift store and picked them up for me, to feed my candle addiction. I’ve spend a lot of time in my career analyzing data and when doing comparisons, we use the term “apples and oranges” to refer to data that cannot be compared, it’s not the same type of “fruit” (data). So apples and oranges is a phrase close to my heart and when I put this one together it made me think of data analysis. I really like fruit candles, they look very nice and I’ve seen many different types. Usually they have a fruity smell too, which is a nice bonus. These candles burned very nicely and had a lovely fruity scent. I like the symmetrical layout with the organic elements; I think it’s a lovely contrast.
